What it includes
Cervical screening at the recommended interval, a clinical breast examination, blood pressure, and haemoglobin and blood sugar where indicated. We will tell you what is worth doing and, equally, what is not worth paying for.
There is a large market in health packages that bundle tests nobody needs. We would rather do fewer tests and explain them.
Breast awareness
Knowing what is normal for you matters more than a formal technique. If you notice a change — a lump, a change in shape, skin or nipple change, or discharge — come in. Most turn out to be nothing, and the ones that are not are far better found early.

Does the test hurt?
It is uncomfortable rather than painful for most people and takes a couple of minutes. Tell us if you are anxious about it — there are things that make it easier.
