Online consultation
Speak to a Pearl consultant from wherever you are.
For patients in Surat who cannot come in, patients elsewhere in India, and patients abroad. You ask here, the desk replies on WhatsApp, and once the fee is paid you choose a Zoom meeting or a WhatsApp call.
Consultations in Gujarati, Hindi and English. The desk answers Monday to Saturday. Already asked? Open your consultation.
Three ways to talk, and you choose after paying
The same consultant, the same fee. Pick whichever is easiest where you are.
Zoom meeting
A set time. The link is sent on WhatsApp and opens in the browser — no account needed. Best when your partner or a family member will join from another place.
WhatsApp call at a set time
You choose a time from the consultant's open times and the desk confirms it. The consultant calls your WhatsApp number at that time.
WhatsApp call any time
You choose the day, not the time. The consultant calls between patients, so it is often the earliest option — keep your phone near you that day.
What a call can and cannot do
Good for
Going through reports, deciding what to do next, planning treatment before you travel, follow-up after treatment at Pearl, and questions that do not need an examination.
Not a replacement for
An examination or a scan. If the consultant needs either to advise you safely, she or he will say so on the call and ask you to come in, or to see a doctor near you.
Medicines
A prescription is given only where the consultant can do so properly without examining you. Some medicines cannot be prescribed on a first online consultation.
