Diet & care charts

The charts we hand you at the clinic, in the language you actually read. Written by your own consultants — not copied from a magazine.

Free, no sign-up, nothing to download. Readable on a phone, and there is a Print button on every chart if you want one for the kitchen.

Staff at the desk speak all three.

Which stage are you at?

If you are not sure, take the one your consultant mentioned — or ask at the desk. They are free either way.

These are general charts for the stage, not a plan written for you. If you have diabetes, thyroid trouble, high blood pressure, anaemia or a food allergy, your consultant will change them — bring the chart to your next visit and ask.

Has your consultant sent you a chart?

The three above are the general charts, free to anyone. The charts written for a particular diagnosis — PCOS, IVF and IUI preparation, diabetes or high blood pressure in pregnancy, recovery after delivery — are chosen by your consultant and sent to you as a link. There are 23 in all, in English, ગુજરાતી and हिन्दी, each with a daily tracker that remembers what you tick. Open the portal to read yours — it will remember you, so you only ever enter your details once.
